Welcome to TaxLable, your partner in simple tax filing for freelancers. By using taxlable.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Offerings
TaxLable provides three categories of products and services: professional services, digital guides and templates, and physical kits.
1.1 Professional Services
Our experts assist with preparing and submitting required documents to relevant authorities. Once you confirm a service booking, we reserve time and staff to complete your request.
1.2 Digital Products
Our information products include step-by-step guides and downloadable templates. After purchase, you will receive a secure link to access your files.
1.3 Physical Kits
Our tangible items, such as form kits and instructional booklets, are shipped to the address you provide.
2. Payment Terms
All charges are payable by credit or debit card. By placing an order, you authorize TaxLable to bill your provided payment method.
3. Order Changes and Transfers
Professional service appointments can be transferred once if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. To request a change, call +14166392630 or submit your request via contact form.
4. Refund Policy
Our refund policy differs by category:
4.1 Professional Services
- If no work has begun on your booking, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment.
- Once work has commenced, no refund applies due to resource allocation.
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4.2 Digital Products
- Due to immediate access, purchases of digital guides and templates are final, except if the download link is defective or inaccessible.
- In such cases, we will resend the link or provide an alternate format at no extra charge.
4.3 Physical Kits
- Unused kits may be sent back within 7 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.
- Once we receive the item sent back, we will reverse the charge to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
TaxLable and its representatives are not liable for penalties or fees arising from incorrect or late information supplied by you.
